Please note that Events to Woo, LLC is a service that provides Professional Event Planners in the DC Metro Area.
Use includes visits to our sites, purchases on our sites, participation in our database and promotions. These terms of use apply to you when you use our websites. Events to Woo, LLC does not accept any direct or indirect liability for any loss or damages from any advice, opinion, information, representation, or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. You are solely responsible for the actions you take from the content accessed through this site.
Events to Woo, LLC reserves the right to make changes to the content on this site at any time and without notice.

2. Ordering goods and services
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. When an order is placed via our website, the order is completed when your receive an order confirmation. Your confirmation page with full details of your order may be printed as a receipt of your order
We reserve the right to limit the number of an item customers can purchase in a single transaction.
We will take payment and payment information from you when you order a product or service.
3. Refusing or cancelling orders
In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, ie. any kind of reselling. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.
While we endeavor to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
Our right to cancel services from our Professional Event Planners applies to orders that have been accepted.

Should you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us for the return policy for the product or service in question. Each refund request will be addressed on a case by case basis.
Any refunds made by Events to Woo, LLC will be made to the method of payment used to pay for your goods or services.

All prices listed on eventstowoo.com are in US Dollars. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason. Pricing on third party website may differ for our Professional Event Planners.
Our prices do not include taxes, convenience fees or other charges which may be payable in relation to an order.

7. Restricted Products
Some products on our site carry an age restriction, if a product you have selected is restricted a message will appear in the cart asking you to confirm you are an appropriate age to purchase the item(s). You are also agreeing that you are not purchasing the item on behalf of a person who is not the appropriate age.
8. Gift card usage
Pre paid gift cards are redeemable for goods or service from Events to Woo, LLC. Lost or stolen cards are the responsibility of the holder.

You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with our websites or services and their associated software, hardware and servers and content in any way.
