I once assisted a planner who didn’t communicate before the wedding—no timeline, no instructions, no coordination. When I arrived, chaos was rapidly unfolded: tables unfinished, décor unopened, the ceremony arch built as guests watched, grandma seated in the back, vendors lost, dinner delayed, and music cues missed.
