Why we are the right planners for you
Logistic detailing is our strongest skill!Â
We are experienced planners who will handle all the questions you haven’t thought of. Our clients do not make decisions the day of their event. Our clients enjoy their day as a guest of their own vision.Â
With an extremely detailed timeline and walkthrough, we cover all the logistics needed for all guests, vendors, and our client’s experience and needs. All communication is done well in advance and on the day of. In all of our packages, we offer TWO event professionals so there is coverage for what’s happening while getting ready & photos at one location, while the other is overseeing setup and fine tuning any hiccups.

How far in advance should we book our wedding planner?
Most couples book 12–18 months in advance to secure their ideal date and ensure every detail is flawlessly planned.
Do you offer packages or custom planning services?
Yes — we offer full-service planning, partial planning, and wedding day coordination, with the option to fully customize based on your needs.
Can you work within our budget?
Absolutely. We specialize in creating dream weddings that align with your priorities while maximizing your budget.
Do you travel outside the DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland area?
Yes — while we primarily serve the DC metro area, we happily travel for destination weddings and special events.
Will you recommend vendors or do we have to find our own?
We have a curated network of trusted photographers, florists, caterers, and more, but we’re happy to work with your chosen vendors as well.
Do you help with design and styling?
We offer creative direction for everything from color palettes to floor plans, ensuring your wedding reflects your personal style.
